Access

We have level access to our auditorium. Flat Stalls are on floor level. For patrons requiring wheelchair access, seats in Row AA of the Flat Stalls can be fully removed to accommodate wheelchairs upon arrival - please speak to our Ushers on arrival. All Tiered Stalls seats are accessed via steps.

Essential Companions

We are pleased to be working with Nimbus Disability, utilising their Access Card Scheme and Digital Access Pass system to provide our customers with a more consistent and improved experience when accessing necessary support. We offer one free ticket for a carer alongside your full priced ticket. This offer applies to standard priced tickets only, and does not apply to Ringwood School events.

Hearing system

Our Box Office has a hearing loop system. Please switch your hearing device to the ‘t’ position on arrival.

Assistance dogs

Assistance Dogs are permitted. Please call the Box Office to give us prior notice so that we can make all the necessary arrangements.

Baby changing

Our accessible toilet includes a baby change table and nappy disposal. We are happy to warm bottles if required, please speak to a member of the team.

Accessible parking

We have a small number of accessible parking bays outside the venue for Blue Badge holders, offered on a first come, first served basis.
